Do you offer Free Delivery, or is there a spend threshold for Free Delivery?
We offer Free Delivery on orders over £75.00 to UK Mainland addresses (excluding Highland & British Isles locations where the couriers charge extra for these destinations – a discounted rate is available for orders over £75.00).
Are you an online only business or can I come to your premises, browse and buy direct?
We are primarily online, but can accommodate collection of products from our warehouse in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire. Please use the “Click & Collect” option at checkout.
Are you open at Weekends?
We are open some Saturdays from 9am till 1pm, and will post advance notice on social media of our intended Saturday opening. Or you can contact us in advance to make sure we are open – if you call on the day and there is no answer, that probably means we are closed.
Can I order by telephone?
We are predominantly an online business and our website has been designed to give the user a simple and seamless shopping experience, however, if you experience any difficulty placing your order you can contact us on 01628 671213.
I'm in a hurry, how soon will I receive my order?
If you want to receive your order as quickly as possible we urge you to opt for the courier option (UK Customers) or the International Road option (International Customers). Feel free to “Contact Us” in advance to check the potential dispatch and shipping times.
We aim to dispatch orders on the same day of receipt (excluding weekends & bank holidays), with a midday cut off to allow time to prepare all shipments before the carriers collect in the afternoon. If we have sufficient time to prepare orders placed after midday we do, so please drop us a line if you need something urgently and have missed the cut off, as we will always help if we can.
How easy it is to find you?
We are located close to the M4 (Junction 8/9) and the M40 (Junction 4), both via the A404. Our postcode for Sat Nav use is SL8 5DT.
We are a 10 minute walk from Bourne End mainline railway station.
How secure is your website, I'm nervous with online orders?
Our website is very secure, all information whether it be customer details or financial transactions go through a 256bit secure encryption secured by comodo.com
In addition to this, all financial transactions are carried out remotely via the payment processing company websites, therefore, we do not have any contact with or store any of your payment information on our own website.
How long have you been trading for?
We were originally established in 2006 and were one of a handful of the very first major online car care suppliers in the UK. We have consistently grown year upon year, constantly adding the best new brands and services while keeping up to date with the latest products and processes from all over the world. We have many loyal long-standing customers, who have been purchasing products from us and bringing their cars to us for many years.

Your website is currently showing an item I require as Out of Stock, when will it be available?
We try to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible. If an item is showing as out of stock we include an estimated date of delivery when the stock will be available. You can add a notification via our website to your account and you will receive an automated message to advise you as soon as the item is available.
If I wanted a Saturday delivery, what is the cutoff time for ordering?
The DHL UK Saturday services are available for orders to the UK mainland only (excl Highlands & Islands). The cutoff for a Saturday delivery is midday on Friday. We can sometimes send orders later on the Friday depending on how busy we are but please email/call us first to check, to avoid disappointment.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship orders by Royal Mail or DHL’s International Road and Air Services to a large number of worldwide locations. We are constantly working with your International shipping partner DHL to increase the number of locations and the level of service we can offer. I'm an EU based business customer, can I buy from you without paying VAT?
Yes, all goods shipped to the EU are now free of VAT. Any VAT due on the shipment will be applied by the Customs Department of the destination country and charged to you prior to delivery, along with any Import Duties/fee due on the shipment.
